How does the 30-day free trial work?

All trials are Professional Plans and include 10 GB of storage space. After the 30-day free trial, if you enjoy using Filecamp and wish to continue using it, you can select the plan that suits your needs and add your preferred payment method. If you are not satisfied with Filecamp, you will not incur any charges. Upon payment, all your data will remain intact, and any users you have created during the trial will retain access.

Change plan at any time!

You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time if your needs change. Changes to plans and storage quotas will take effect as soon as we receive your payment.

There are no setup fees or any other hidden costs.

Payment methods

You can sign up using Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

Credit card billing enables us to activate accounts immediately and automatically renew accounts every month.

We can also manage invoice orders with prepayment for 12 months of service.

Where do I sign?

You don’t. Filecamp is a pay-as-you-go service. There are no long term contracts or commitments on your part. You simply pay month-to-month. If you cancel, you’ll be billed for the current month, but you won’t be billed again.
