With unlimited users in all plans
Filecamp is for everybody.
Small and large brands from all industries use Filecamp for managing their digital assets while maintaining brand consistency. If you work in Advertising and Design, you may have already experienced “asset chaos.” There are so many files to manage in countless different formats and versions. You might be overseeing a logo update for one client, trying to put together a promotional brochure for another, while designing a website for yet another customer.
You can take advantage of Filecamp’s built-in Online Proofing tools so that you can review, comment, and approve files directly in your browser.
Ultimately, a digital asset management platform can reduce the burden of sharing and organizing files. Save time, increase productivity, and bring order to asset anarchy.
Managing architecture or engineering projects is hard work. Often, the stakes are high and the timelines tight. You have to coordinate teams, sometimes over long distances. Meanwhile, you need to track and manage CAD, BIM, and 3D visualization files, among others. Version control is vital.
With DAM software, you can ensure your project is on track. Our DAM solution makes it easy to store files produced with AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Rhino, and other architecture/engineering software.
Digital assets are one of the building blocks for fashion brands. Often, version control is vital with clothing and other fashion items being updated to reflect new trends and changing seasons. Teams may be working across the world, in Milan, New York, Paris, or wherever else.
DAM software will keep you on brand and in season. Coordinate teams across the globe, and make sure your designs are safely stored and organized.
In the modern economy, remote gig work is common. Freelancers can provide flexible work and tons of talent but managing countless different clients and projects can be overwhelming.
Our Digital Asset Management platform can help you keep clients and projects straight. Best of all, with Filecamp, you won’t break the bank but will gain access to a powerful and flexible software solution.
Marketing teams are often spread across time zones, operating in multiple countries and markets. On one hand, brands need to adapt to local preferences. On the other hand, consistency is vital. Trying to coordinate marketing efforts in Tokyo, Singapore, Moscow, Berlin, and New York, among others, is difficult.
Digital Asset Management (DAM) software can help coordinate teams and organize files, no matter how far-flung your marketing team is spread.
Publishing is often hectic and dictated by tight timelines. Whether you’re putting together a corporate newsletter or handling breaking news for an international newspaper, you have to be responsive and flexible.
You’ll also have to pump out content through various platforms, such as social media. You may have to adapt content for different markets as well, swapping out photos, and translating text. Version control is vital, and keeping track of assets is challenging even on the slow days.
Fortunately, you’ll also gain access to Filecamp’s built-in Online Proofing tools that speed up the review and approval process by improving collaboration, centralizing feedback, and eliminating manual steps.
NGOs and other not-for-profit organizations must often coordinate with volunteers, staff, donors and other stakeholders all while remaining focused on their important missions. Easier said than done, but with a Digital Asset Management platform, you can keep files in order and hassles to a minimum.
Branding is especially vital for nonprofit organizations. Your brand often reflects your mission and values, which in turn may influence donations and support.
At the same time, you want to stretch every dollar and maximize impact. Keep costs low and productivity high with Filecamp.
So many pictures, so many clients. Organizing photo libraries and presenting works to clients often involves a lot of work. If you have a professional DAM platform, however, sharing takes only a few clicks. With white-labeling, you can present your brand first and foremost. And with access control, you can secure your intellectual property and share only the files you want.
RGB, CMYK, high-res, low-res, which logo version is this client using now? Wait, did they want this slogan on the flyer? Or was it the brochure? Oh no, that’s right, they wanted that on the cover of the white paper.
Printed materials are still quite popular. They can be difficult to manage and put together, however. With Digital Asset Management software, you can reduce time wasted hunting down files and keeping things organized. Instead, focus on servicing your clients and putting ink to paper.
If you’re a web designer or run a web design company, you probably love the look and feel of a live website. The crisp graphics, the silky User Interface, the blazing fast load times.
Yet getting a site together takes a lot of work. Countless media files, pages of content, HTML, and snippets of code. So much to handle. Then you’ve got to present and work alongside your clients.
With a Digital Asset Management platform, managing your various assets and presenting to clients becomes a whole lot easier.
Government agencies and public officials must keep security tight and files organized. With Filecamp, public organizations can increase collaboration and coordinate efforts with internal and external stakeholders while saving taxpayers money.
Our DAM software uses Hypertext Transfer Protocol Secure (HTTPS) and your data will be hosted in a Google Cloud Platform server center close to you. Filecamp is also fully GDPR compliant.
Work and departments can become “siloed” within companies. Marketing and sales teams, for example, often struggle to communicate and work together. This reduces output and production for both teams (among others).
Add in data science, finance, product design, and other siloes and you’ll find tons of potential but often little coordination. A digital asset management platform makes it easier for companies big and small to break down barriers between departments and increase coordination.
FAQ
Below are some of the most frequently asked questions about Filecamp's free 30-days trial.
You get 30 days and a fully functional Pro plan to put Filecamp to use, at no charge, even if you add hundreds of files and people (really, feel free to use it as you wish). If you wish to continue using Filecamp after your trial period, you will need to select which plan you’d like and add your credit card for payment.
All of your files will still be there and any user accounts you created during the trial will still have access. In case you decide Filecamp isn’t a good fit, it’s all good. You pay nothing and your trial will simply end after 30-days.
It is optional for you to enter your website address in the Free Trial form. But if you do, we'll try and tailor your Trial by adding your logo/colors from your website to your Filecamp demo. Free of charge! You can, of course, always change the Branding your self. This is done in Admin > Themes. Read more about custom branding.
We frequently get requests for live demos. This is especially true for those looking around at lightweight DAM (Digital Asset Management) solutions or those who’ve purchased other business software solutions. There is value in doing live demos – but they aren’t right for Filecamp. Here’s why we don’t do live demos of Filecamp.
Save you time
Demos take time. Between the back and forth of setting up a demo time and the live demo itself, it can take an hour or more of your time. Filecamp is a simple, intuitive tool. We work very hard to combine user feedback and our 10 years of experience in the Digital Asset Management space to make it so. You can sign up for the free trial, experiment with functionality, brand your account and start structuring the organization of your files within 10 minutes time.
Start with your files
During a one2one demo or webinar, it’s not your account and files. Spending time in a free trial provides you an opportunity to experience the tool with your own files right from the start. Instead of the hour’s time, it takes setting up and viewing a demo, you can already have a structured, branded, searchable, and shareable image library in a fraction of the time.
Learn by doing
For many things, learning by doing is the best method. The intuitive Filecamp experience and helpful tips will guide you through the uploading, organization, and sharing of files – learning by doing, not watching.
Save you money
We are able to keep the prices down by not staffing a team to support live demos. Setting up meetings, researching your company to customize the demo, setting up demo accounts – all take time on our end. So instead of staffing a technical sales team to offer live demos, we staff to create a simple, intuitive, and powerful product so you can be more efficient and productive with your time and get more value from your visual content – sooner. We hope you understand.
